Rates

May 1st – June 30th , 2010

• $300 for two days (minimum).
• $125 each additional day.

July 1st to September 2nd, 2010

• $1,100 per week. 6 nights (minimum)
• 12 PM, Friday, Check In and Thursday Check Out

September 3rd to October 17th, 2010

• $325 for two days (minimum).
• $125 each additional day.

Rates do not include taxes (10%) and a Cleaning Fee.
Five person occupancy.
No camping.

A security deposit of $300/$200 (week/weekend) will be refunded in full within 14 days of departure, if requirements are met.
